While we don’t have a strict minimum, groups under 6 might find it more cost-effective to check out individual ticket options. For larger groups, we offer fantastic discounts and even VIP treatment (think faster entry, not necessarily a personal dolphin handler, but we can dream!). A: Get ready for a full day of aquatic amazement! Your tickets typically grant you all-day access, from opening to closing. This means you’ll have ample time to conquer every slide, float lazily in the wave pool, soak up the sun, and reapply your waterproof mascara multiple times. We suggest arriving early to maximize your fun and avoid any queues – more time sliding, less time waiting!

A: We understand that sometimes plans can go a bit wobbly, like trying to stand up on a surfboard for the first time. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair: full refunds are usually available for cancellations made X days before your booking date. Cancellations within X days might incur a small fee.
